KENINGAU: The public need to be well informed about heart diseases as it will help them to take early prevention.
Heart Foundation of Malaysia (YJM) Director, Ainon Kuntom, said the taking care of heart requires not only a healthy lifestyle, but also the information on how to prevent risks for heart diseases.
“Since 1982 YJM has examined about 120,000 individuals across the country for heart diseases,” she said to reporters in the ‘Jantungku Sayang’ campaign organized by YJM at Dewan Tan Sri Joseph Kurup, here today.
She said, the programme provides various information regarding on heart healthcares which help in reducing the number of heart patients in the country. – SayangSabah
