Wah Mie celebrates sales

KOTA KINABALU: The occupation certificate (OC) have been obtained for the Wah Mie Group’s Taman Rimba Double Storey terrace houses phase 1 & 2 as they are now completed 

Taman Rimba is located at mile 13, Jalan Tuaran, between Menggatal and Telipok town, near to the junction of Inanam by-pass and Jalan Sulaman.

It is adjacent developments are soon to be completed Grand Merdeka Shopping Mall and Sierra Biz Hub Industrial Park.

This project was very well received and with the overwhelming response, it was fully sold within a year from launching. Taman Rimba Phase 1 & 2 comprise of a total of 254 units.

According to Fong Kin Wui, the group’s deputy managing director they are glad to announce about its completion and also that it was ahead of schedule by three months.

In addition, in this short period of time, the market value of Taman Rimba Phase 1 & Phase 2 has appreciated about 15% since launching.

He said this during the group Goh Chap Mei or the last day of the 15 long days Chinese New Year celebration which started on February 19.

The guests were treated to a dragon and lion dance performance from the SJKC Yick Nam, Inanam at their sales office in Asia City Complex.

Also present was the group’s director Chan Ka Tsung who received a well-wishing scroll from the lion troupe after a high pole performance.

With the success of its earlier phases, the group has launched the final phase of Taman Rimba. The final phase is called “Imperial” and is deemed “Top of the Diamond” for the project.

It comprises of a total of 171 units and is perched on a higher ground and with this, commands a better view of its green surrounding.

Fong added: “Since the launch of Taman Rimba Imperial mid of year 2014, it has achieved more than 50% sales.

“The selling price is RM530,100 onwards, averaging about RM 266 per sq ft. Compared with condominiums in town, Imperial is cheaper and worthwhile purchase”.
