KOTA BELUD: Malaysian Royal Air Force (TUDM)held a demonstration to show the strength of its air to surface missile fire power at Kota Belud Shooting Range.
The demonstration was part of the Paradise Exercise involving jetfighters used during Ops Daulat in Lahad Datu.
The activity includes two Su30MKM jetfighters, two F/A-18D, two Hawks, one EC725 and S614A helicopters, and one C130H plane.
The Airforce Commander, General Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Roslan bin Saad, said the demonstration is to show the military’s capability in launching numerous precision-guided weaponries and its preparedness in facing any kind of possibilities.
Six scenarios were set up for the demonstration, which includes infiltration, analysis, air support coordination, attack commencement (with jetfighters), and reinforcement and extraction. –SayangSabah
