KOTA KINABALU: Sutera Harbour Hotel held a luncheon event with the media at Silk Garden, Pacific Sutera Hotel, yesterday.
Invited guests were served with exquisite cuisines during the event in celebration of the 2016 Chinese New Year.
Also present were the Vice Chief Executive Officer, Gerard Tan, Chinese cuisine Executive Chef, Chef Louie Hoi, Communication Manager, Tracy Lim, and Assistant Communication Manager, Clara Lim.
Chef Louie also prepared two sets of 9-Course Golden Reunion menu for the price of RM1,688 for Set 1 and RM1,888 for Set 2 prepared for 10 persons.
Set 1 include the Sliced Abalone Yee Sang, Standing Roasted Village Chicken, Indonesian Style Wok-Fried Prawns with Curry Leaves, and Stewed Sea Cucumber with Dried Oysters, Goose Web and Fatt Choy.
For Set 2, the menu is set with Salmon Fish Yee Sang, Deep Fried Crispy Duck, Prawns Coated in Salted Egg Yolk and Savoury Lily Bulbs and Braised Dried Oysters, and Sea Moos Money Bag with Dried Scallop and Goose Web.
Both sets are offered from 7 February to 22 February. -SayangSabah
