KENINGAU: The Student Integration Plan for Unity (RIMUP) in district schools, is about to make their own history as 5000 students and teachers  participate in it which have a potential in creating a name for itself in the Malaysia Book of Records.
Keningau Education Department Assistant Officer, Sabdin Saribin said, the purpose of RIMUP Programme to be held in May 23 in Keningau Sports Complex is to guide the students in co-curriculum through their participation in RIMUP.
“We are confident  the move made by the co-curriculum unit of the Keningau Education Department with the primary and secondary schools in making  history will boost the students’ spirit to prepare them in the physical, emotion, mental, and intellectual aspect,” he said.
The programme will include Mansayau dance performance, and a sing-a-song of one lyric in 10 different ethnic languages from Sabah and Sarawak, along with the Malay, Indian, and Chinese languages.
