SEPANG: The remains of Muhamad Aaron Maseri, the student who was killed in a train accident in Marble Arch Tube Station, London, last Monday, arrived at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) here today.
The body, accompanied by family members, was flown back on a Malaysia Airlines flight which arrived at 7.19 am. Present to meet them at the airport were officers from Wisma Putra and relatives.
The body was then taken to the Sultan Abdul Samad Mosque (KLIA Mosque) for the funeral prayer which was led by Ismail Morodzi, the imam at the mosque, and then taken to the Bukit Kiara Muslim cemetery to be buried.
Muhamad Aaron, 22, a student of Middlesex University, was hit by a Central Line tube at 6.26 pm local time (2.29 am Tuesday Malaysian time) during peak period while on his way home.- BERNAMA
