Sabah Minister of Community Development and Consumer Affairs, Datuk Jainab Ahmad Ayid, said the federal government cannot amend the law and criteria for the system without referring to both state governments.

“I call for the federal government to cooperate for this purpose since they may think they understand the situation, but we who live in Sabah know better on the prices of items here,” she said when met by the media at the assistance presentation ceremony for the launching of 1Azam Course at R&R Cake House, Sulaman, this evening.

Meanwhile, she also advised individuals who are interested with entrepreneurship to avoid loansharks.
