KOTA KINABALU: Property developers will continue to adapt the ever changing environment to move forward despite the many challenges this year.
The Sabah Housing and Real Estate Developers Association (SHAREDA) honorary treasurer-general Wesley Chai Meng Kong, said despite all the unfavourable effects impeded the property industry, they expect the property market to recover and stay resilient in the second half of this year.
He said developers are likely to experience the changing economy and development paradigm as next year will mark the beginning of the 11th Malaysia Plan.
“SHAREDA believe that all industry players and its associates are able to arise and continue to move forward and to market properties beyond Sabah as well as to be innovative in developing marketable and sustainable properties,” said Wesley.
He said this when announcing the coming SHAREDA 37th annual dinner to be held at Magellan Sutera Harbour Resort on July 31, themed ‘Moving Forward and Beyond’.-Sayangsabah
