KOTA KINABALU: Property developer Kinsabina Sdn Bhd launched the Riverside Residence Sodomon, a residential project costing RM65 million at Wisma Kinsabina off Penampang road here, recently.
Its chief operating officer Gerald Goh speaking at the launch said: “Construction works for the initial phase one had started early this year.
“The overall construction duration will take 36 months from the signing of SPA. Since the work on the site had started, we are confident to deliver the project in 24 months.”
The project boasts a low density of 134 units along Jalan Lintas Kepayan will be carried out by their in-house construction arm, Kinsanuri Sdn Bhd, which has triple ISO accreditations-ISO9001, ISO14001 and OSHA 18001, he said.
Sited on 2.9 acres of land, the development is located at Kampung Sodomon nearby the vegetable wholesale market, City Cyber Commercial Centre, Kota Kinabalu International Airport and the city centre, he said.
It is a joint venture project between Kinsabina Sdn Bhd and 1CKC Development.
The build up space for the cosy condominiums ranges from 955 sq ft to 1,180 sq ft and comes in two variants.
Type A units size at 955 sq ft is priced from RM450,200 to RM503,200 whilst Type B with floor area of 1,175 to 1,180 sq ft priced from RM551,900 to RM598,900.
The project was jointly launched by Kinsabina chief executive officer Datuk Francis Goh and 1CKC chairman Chang Kok Chung.- By Bosco Wong/Sayangsabah
