SANDAKAN:  A previously halted projects of 180 housing units under the Peoples’ Housing Project (PPR) and a mosque are nearing completion.

The projects at Kg. Lupak Meluas, Batu Sapi, with the estimated costs of RM32 million and RM5 million will soon be completed as they are now entering their final building phase. The PPR housing project and the mosque are each 94 percent and 64 percent completed.

In his visit to the project site, the Chief Minister, Datuk Seri Musa Aman, said the developers are giving their best to complete the projects on schedule.

Musa was accompanied by Batu Sapi MP, Datuk Linda Tsen, and Sekong State Assemblyman (ADUN), Datuk Samsudin Yahya to inspect the location.

Also present were the state Assistant Minister for Local Government and Housing, Datuk Zakaria Edris, and Sandakan City Hall Deputy President, Hamsan Supain. – SayangSabah
