KUALA TERENGGANU: Terengganu police are on the hunt for two individuals suspected to have been involved in the murder of former Alor Limbat state assemblyman Alias Abdullah last October.
Terengganu Police chief Datuk Rosli Ab Rahman said today police believed that they could solve the case with the arrest of the two suspects.
“We have new leads in tracking down the suspects,” he told reporters.
Alias, 51, was shot dead at his home in Kampung Alor Limbat, Bukit Payong, Marang after Friday prayers on Oct 9.
Since last month, 10 men have been arrested to help in the investigation. – BERNAMA
