SEMPORNA: Parents need to cooperate by monitoring their children’ learning sessions at home as it part of their responsibility in improving their children education development,
Senallang State Assemblyman (ADUN), Datuk Nasir Sakaran, said the Parents Teachers Association (PIBG) and the schools will have to cooperate in setting up effective education activities.
“A good relation between the two parties will help in driving the schools’ progress in education sector, subsequently improving students performance,” he said in his speech for officiating SMK Tagasan 2013/2015 PIBG Annual Meeting.
Among the achievements of SMK Tagasan includes the school’s outstanding success in the state level robotic competition by taking the first place, and in tenth place for the same competition for national level where the school received the Awards for Excellence. – SayangSabah
