KOTA KINABALU: A mother of two pleaded not guilty at the Magistrate Court, today, for the crime of forging a signature to commit fraud, five years ago.
Nur Zatil Aqmar Zulkifli, 30, was accused of forging a signature on the e-banking system and caused losses to a company, which she allegedly committed at 5.00pm in 29 September 2011.
Zatil was charged under Section 468 of the Penal Code which carries the punishment of seven years jail maximum, and a fine.
Magistrate Stephanie Sherron Abbie set 3 March for the case mention and granted the accused RM3,000 bail by two local bailors.
Representing Zatil was her defense attorney, Intan Timor Shamsudin, Asp. Jakariya Jupakkal prosecuted. -SayangSabah
