KUALA LUMPUR: The success of the National Day and Malaysia Day celebrations this year showed that Malaysians indeed, have a high sense of patriotism, said Communications and Multimedia Minister Datuk Seri Dr Salleh Said Keruak.
He said this was evident when so many visitors were willing to come from afar to witness the uniqueness of the celebrations held.
“The great success is the result of efforts by all parties which was proven by the influx of tens of thousands of people who attended the parade at Dataran Merdeka,” he said.
He was speaking during a dinner in appreciation of the 2015 National Day and Malaysia Day at IPPTAR’s Cendekiawan Hall in Angkasapuri here, tonight.
