KOTA KINABALU –The Circle Restaurant at Le Meridien Kota Kinabalu will serve authentic Chinese cuisines in conjunction with the Chinese New year celebration.
Although the hotel doesn’t have a Chinese restaurant, the management intend to introduce various items in their new menu while showcasing various new products.
According to the hotel general manager Fiona Hagan, this year the hotel thrives towards providing a festive ambiance with unique culinary concepts and traditional elegance that will captivate celebrants of the Lunar New Year.
Chef Lim Kai Mun the hotel Chinese chef de cuisines will show his culinary prowess to titillate diners palate, Fiona stated adding that the Chinese banquet chef will be cooking for the Circle restaurant throughout the Chinese New Year period.
The eatery will be serving up a galore of festive cuisine to tease the taste buds, including the chef signature dishes, roasted lamb with Mongolian sauce and homemade chef special sauce and coconut prawn dish.
