KOTA KINABALU: Kota Kinabalu Journalists Association (KKJA) will be holding its annual Chinese New Year luncheon on February 28, at Hakka Hall starting 12pm.

The association has  invited guests mainly  Federation of Chinese Associations Sabah (FCAS) president Datuk Seri Panglima Dr T.C. Goh, Sabah Housing and Real Estate Developers Association (Shareda) president Datuk Francis Goh and Putatan Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCCI) president Datuk Frankie Liew.

KKJA chairman Jimmy Goh and the event organising chairman Yong Ted Phen extended the invitations to Goh, Francis and Liew at their respective offices yesterday.

They are also the honorary advisors of the association. Francis will be sponsoring ang pows for KKJA members’ children during the luncheon.

Guest of honour Chief Minister Datuk Seri Musa Haji Aman is expected to arrive at 12.30pm, and he will be giving away ang pows to the children at the event.

The guests will be entertained by dragon and lion dances, magic shows, and singing performances by Sabah Vfm deejays. Besides that, there will be ang pows lucky draw for the KKJA members.-Sayangsabah
