KOTA KINABALU: Sabah State Health Department (JKNS) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Sabah Federal Secretary Office through the usage of i-Kuarters to upgrade quarter’s application system in that department.
The director, Dr Christina Rundi said that, apart from taking it as an initiative for a systematic record saving method, the department could also save working space and searching time as well as easing the information search maintenance.
“The system could also give particular details and at the same time will increase efficiency as well as assisting us in proving a long run plans,” she said.
Meanwhile, Sabah Federal Secretary, Datuk Borhan Dolah said, JKNS is the first smart partner that using the system after it has been fully implemented on March 2015.
According to him, the implementation of the system amongst JKNS’ staffs is really relevant and he hopes that they could efficiently and effectively manage it,” he said in the press conference of the MoU, here, this morning.
So far, the department has 2, 566 unit of quarters with the number of 26 thousands staffs.-SayangSabah
