KOTA BELUD: Infrastructre facilities for Al-Quran and Fardu Ain (KAFA) teaching and learning need immediate improvement to catch up with the government transformation agenda for education development.
Kota Belud UMNO Youth Vice Chief, Fadli Juanas, said the effort in improving the facilities are in need as there are still KAFA students in the state which learn with inadequate infrastructures, affecting their education performance.
“The government has agreed to increase the allowance for KAFA teachers, so there is no reason for infrastructure facilities in KAFA schools are not given the necessary attention,” he said when met after officiating Kota Belud level Iktifal Kata ceremony at Dewan Masyarakat Pak Duraman at Kg. Kulambai, here today.
Fadli said, the lack of basic facilities in KAFA schools is the main obstacle for an efficient learning learning and teaching for the students and teachers in KAFA schools in the state.
KAFA is important in providing religious education among the young generation, he added. – SayangSabah
