KOTA KINABALU: A female employee at a pharmacy pleaded not guilty at the Magistrate Court, today, for the charge of stealing money.
Frederica Suduyin, 23, was accused of stealing RM3,547.55 from a pharmacy at Centre Point, on 13 December, around 8.00pm.
She was charged under Section 381 of the Penal Code which carries a punishment of jail up to seven years, and a fine, if found guilty.
Magistrate Stephanie Sherron Abbie, set 14 January next year for the case mention, and granted the accused RM3,000 bail with RM2,000 deposit by two local sureties.
