MEMBAKUT: The government through its various religious agencies is planning to implement a development programme for ‘dakwah’ in order to produce more religious speakers and experts in the state.
Assistant Minister in the Chief Minister Office, Datuk Ariffin Mohd Arif, said for the vision to be realized it will be first implemented in the school level.
“It is to hone the students’ talent through trainings in lecture, tazkirah, and speech competition once a month.
“I am asking for schools management to cooperate in this effort,” he said after officiating a meeting programme with Ustaz Syeikh Ismail Hashim, here today.
Ariffin said, the ‘dakwah’ development programme will also seek Islamic study graduates who are qualified to become speakers. – SayangSabah
