KOTA KINABALU: Sabah Malaysian Royal Customs Department contributed two 4×4 vehicles and a quad bike to Nur Jauhar Foundation (YNJ).
its Director, Datuk Dr. Janathan Kandok, said the contribution is part of the department’s corporate social responsibility.
“The foundation is an active organization in doing welfare activities to help those who are in need.
“We are also informed that their activities cover all districts, so we hope this contribution will improve the foundation’s mobility (in doing activities) in the future,” he said to the media after the contribution presenting the vehicles to YNJ at Istana Negeri, this morning.
YNJ’s patron, The Head of State of Sabah, Tun Datuk Seri Panglima Dr. Haji Juhar Datuk Mahiruddin, and its advisor, Toh Puan Datuk Seri Panglima Hajah Norlidah Tan Sri Datuk R.M Jasni, were also present at the event.
Also present were YJ Chairperson, Al Hambra Tun Juhar, the foundation’s committee, and the department’s senior officers. –SayangSabah
