TAWAU: Merotai Assemblyperson, Datuk Pang Nyuk Ming, described the commendable performance of the three schools in his constituency for 2015 UPSR examination is due to the high commitment, bilateral communication, and cooperation between his DUN office and the schools’ management.

“The commitment, communication, and cooperation between Merotai DUN office with the schools’ management, PIBGs, and parents are the backbone for their success,” he said.

Since 2008, he added, his office has invested 20 to 30 percent or RM320,000 allocation to schools in his constituency for improving the condition and schools’ equipments in order to create a conducive learning environment.

For the record, SK Bombalai becomes the best school in Sabah for UPSR 2015, with SK Pasir Putih in third place with a new record of 47 of its students achieved 5As in all subjects, and SK Bahagia in fifth place among the top ten schools in Sabah. –SayangSabah
