TENOM: Malaysian Health Ministry (KKM) needs to provide a more spacious and comfortable facility for kidney patients to undergo hemodialysis treatment at Tenom Hospital.
Tenom MP, Datuk Raime Unggi, said the current treatment ward could not cope with the number of patients which increase each year.
“With a more comfortable and fully equipped ward, it will ease patients while receiving their treatment, as well as the hospital employees in carrying out their duties,” he said during the Ramadan Visit programme at Tenom Hospital.
In another development, he said his department has approved RM200,00 to repair old mosques and surau in the district. – SayangSabah
